Wednesday the high was 39 degrees - COLD!...for Vegas. I didn't think I would get a chance to wear my riding pants this winter as January was unseasonably warm but Wednesday's weather gave me the chance. And for the first time, not one person joked about me just getting back from the stables! Though I am not a horse person, I did buy these from a horse-riding clothes website (sorry, don't know the technical names). And because this picture was taken as I was rushing out the door to class, just envision my camel colored Tory Burch messenger bag and my colorful striped "Strand" book bag with all my school stuff in it.

Your pants are called jodphurs, and you buy them in an equestrian shop. A common event from my childhood when my sister took riding lessons.
